It was a Two Day Extravaganza. 

In the past I'd give a "crinkled nose" reaction to resorts - the vacations, the weddings - it just never seemed genuine to me. However, thanks to Sandals Resorts, we have now photographed a couple weddings in Jamaica (one at Sandals Ochi Resort + the other at Sandals Royal Caribbean)  both of which were beyond anything we could have ever imagined being a part of ... no longer allowing me to truthfully crinkle my nose at resort life.

No lie, I get it! It's an experience like no other!

Just recently we had the incredible opportunity to meet Tyler + Sarah (who are getting married a year from Friday in Chicago at Galleria Marchetti) down in Jamaica at Sandals South Coast for their engagement session adventure weekend! South Coast is unarguably one of the more gorgeous and secluded Sandals Resort in Jamaica - making the 2+hr car ride through the potholed littered roads of the Blue Mountains more than worth while. 

Although there were more than enough locations to photograph on resort (man it's one beautiful resort) we took a couple side adventures of a sunset catamaran cruise and a trip to play in the pools and waterfalls of YS Falls during our 48 hour stay there. We packed it in!! 

I'm not sure these two love birds were expecting the amount of shooting that we ended up doing, but between their laughter and love for one another and the scenery, it was just all too perfect not to!
